THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (FOOTPATH NO. 129014 IN THE PARISH OF ST CUTHBERT WITHOUT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2015
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made on 8 May 2015 by the County Council of Cumbria which became operative on 16 May 2015 to enable Story Homes to carry out works in the vicinity of the public footpath and which effect was to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along that section of Footpath No. 129014 in the Parish of St Cuthbert Without at a point 100m from its junction with Durdar Road, extending south eastwards then north eastwards for approx. 500m to its junction with Footpath No. 109378
:has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport until 16 November 2020.

A suitable alternative route for pedestrians will continue to be available by proceeding along the temporary route as signed which leads you generally northeastwards for approx.660m to the junction with Footpath No. 109378. If the works have not been completed within the extension
period, the Order may be extended for a further period with the
