THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (FOOTPATH NO.S 53(245, 536246 AND 536247 IN THE PARISH OF KENDAL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable T & K Gallagher to carry out electricity connection works ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along those sections of Footpath No's 536245, 536246 and 536247, Entry Lane, in the Parish of Kendal for their entire lengths. There are no suitable alternative routes available. The Order will come into operation on 22 October 2019 and may continue in force for a period of up to six months from that date as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, although it is anticipated that it will only be required for 3 days.
