Full Planning Application for Change of Use and conversion from Parish Rooms to Supported Housing for local charity Nightsafe – for 6 people from ages 16-18. 10/19/0623: Land at Whitehall Drive, Darwen. Full Planning Application for Erection of a multi-purpose agricultural building for the storage of machinery, equipment, feed stuffs, hay, livestock and ponies.
