10/19/0509: Rockcliffe Works, Paterson Street, Blackburn. Outline Planning Application (Regulation 4) with all matters reserved except for access, layout and scale for residential development for up to 150 dwellings.

10/19/0623: Land at Whitehall Drive, Darwen. Full Planning Application for Erection of a multi-purpose agricultural building for the storage of machinery, equipment, feed stuffs, hay, livestock and ponies.
Applicant: Miss Wendy Dewhurst.
