SOUTH LAKELAND DISTRICT COUNCIL TOWN POLICE CLAUSES ACT 1847
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to facilitate the Kirkby Lonsdale Fleadh Festival - Irish Music Festival 2019 the South Lakeland District Council has made the under-mentioned Order.
THE DIVERSION OF TRAFFIC, KIRKBY LONSDALE (FLEADH FESTIVAL - IRISH MUSIC FESTIVAL) ORDER 2019
THE DISTRICT COUNCIL of SOUTH LAKELAND in the County of Cumbria under and by virtue of the powers contained in Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 DO HEREBY ORDER THAT:- Those streets in Kirkby Lonsdale specified in the Schedule hereto shall be closed to all vehicles save those vehicles involved in the Fleadh Festival (Irish Music Festival) and emergency vehicles, residents’ vehicles and access to business premises during the period 0800 Saturday 29 June 2019 until 2000 on Sunday 30 June 2019. The alternative routes to be observed by all vehicles other than those mentioned above shall be as specified in the Second Schedule hereto. THIS ORDER may be cited as “The Diversion of Traffic, Kirkby Lonsdale (Fleadh Festival - Irish Music Festival) Order 2019”.
SCHEDULE
All of the Market Square in Kirkby Lonsdale including from the junction with Main St (B6254) at the south of Market Square to the junction of Market Square with Jingling Lane; from the junction of Market Square with Jingling Lane to the junction with Main Street (B6254) at the north of Market Square as shown edged red on the plan attached to this Order
SECOND SCHEDULE
