C umbria LEP’s Conference & Business Centre offers a number of rooms which can cater for up to 100 people.

The rooms can be configured precisely how you want them, so whether it’s an important round-the-table business meeting, a training seminar or workshop, or a large conference event, we can accommodate your requirement and ensure you get great value, quality and price.

The centre also offers local businesses the chance to hire office space and business units in a great strategic location for travel across the

county.

There are 12 self-contained business units, measuring from 18 square metres (194 square feet) to 65 square metres (708 square feet) and these high-quality, fully furnished offices include a ready-to-use IT network.

They can be the ideal place to establish a micro business with two to three employees, flexible easy in, easy out terms and conditions, a fully supported environment with reception facilities, and onsite meeting rooms for hire.

The all-inclusive licence fees for the units cover everything except the insurance of your own equipment and liabilities. The centre insures the building and arranges cleaning of the common areas.
Hot desking facilities and co-working space are also available on a temporary basis at the following rates: 1 person full day £15 / half-day £10 3 people full day (using same office) £35 / half-day (using same office) £20 Charges are subject to VAT but include broadband and calls, postal address for regular users, free parking and access to kitchen facilities.
