• New Advanced Manufacturing Centre at Furness College
• Site servicing of Durranhill, Carlisle
• Early site works at Barrow Waterfront and new BAE Systems logistics facility
• Specialist power line engineer training academy at Newton Rigg College, Penrith
• A new bridge at Currock in Carlisle
• Sheep husbandry training centre at Newton Rigg College, Penrith
