Luxury apartments completed in West Cumbrian village

Work to turn the former police headquarters at Brigham into 10 luxury apartments and two houses has been completed this week.

Have your say

Having witnessed this project on an almost daily basis from start to finish I would have to agree with both Pippin and anon. They've been somewhat conservative in their opinion. Quality is not a word that could be associated with this development and I'd suggest they'll be empty for a long time.

I don't know how these passed planning regs, they stick out like a sore thumb and can be viewed from the top roundabout in Cockermouth. They are really not inkeeping with the village.

i certianly wont be buying one or my family, as when they were building them one of the walls on the 2nd storey fell down, also the paint work looks terrible as when they were painting in the rain it all the paint all ran
