Thomas Armstrong Renewable Energy is aiming to show Cumbrians they can get the latest in renewable energy locally, by hosting an open day to help launch their new showroom.
The event will take place on Friday January 25 at their showroom on English Damside in Carlisle.
It will feature a number of manufacturers that the firm works with to provide renewable energy solutions.
They will be on hand to give presentations, and general advice and information to guests, which will include local consultants and architects.
The latest renewable energy will be on show, including biomass boilers, ground source and air source heat pumps, solar panels and biomass pellet systems.
General manager, John Whalley said: “The aim is to raise awareness of the technology available more locally. We can cover anything from domestic to commercial in terms of renewable energy.
“There will be some interesting equipment on show, with the latest in renewable technologies.
“We have a fully operational Biomass boiler, the first of its kind in Carlisle, and we want to show people that we really know what we’re doing.”
A number of finance representatives available on the day to discuss bespoke finance options for Renewable Installation.
Thomas Armstrong is a family owned, Cumbrian based business with over 180 years’ experience in the building industry.
The group has continued to expand in recent times, resulting in the opening of the renewable energy business specialising in the design, supply and installation of renewable technology across northern England and southern Scotland.
This branch of the business is based in Carlisle and is supported by the larger construction division along with the overall holding company from its head office in Flimby.
The renewable energy open day will take place in the afternoon and will include catering.
