Stobart buys new warehouse

Haulage giant Eddie Stobbart’s new property arm has invested in a Warrington warehouse let it to an internet retailer.
Stobart Estates is said to have paid £5.6m for the Link 6/56 unit at Stretton Distribution Centre, Warrington.
he 145,000 sq ft has been let by Stobart’s to The Hut, an internet retailer specialising in games and dvds.
