Atlantic Geomatics bosses line up four courses for golf challenge

Bosses at Atlantic Geomatics are off for a game of golf – four games to be exact at different courses around Cumbria and all in one day to raise funds for charity.
MD Tim Viney, general manager Martin Simpson and marketing manager Oliver Viney will have to tee off at Brampton at 5.15am on July 26th in order to pack in the 72 holes in less than 24 hours.
The money raised will go towards the Sunbeams Music for Life charity which provides therapeutic care for those with special needs.
After Brampton the trio will head to Penrith and then on to Keswick and Windermere.
Oliver Viney said: “With the recent lovely weather training has been non-existent and let’s hope we at least get a sunny day come the 26 July.
“Sunbeams is a fantastic charity based in Cumbria that use the power of music to bring joy and happiness to a huge range of people with disabilities and terminal illnesses. The work they do is truly inspirational.”
Penrith-based Atlantic Geomatics provides mapping and surveying services for a wide variety of clients ranging from construction companies to the Governments of Bermuda and Gibraltar.
