A Workington town centre pub has been put on the market for £700,000.
Yankees, a well-known bar on the town's 'circuit', has been advertised on Rightmove.
The Washington Street pub - operated by the Walker family since 1986 - has been described as a modern bar and restaurant with a “high turnover and excellent profit.”
The owners are said to be selling "due to retirement."
The business has an open plan bar that can accommodate 450 customers. It also includes dance floor with DJ stand, a games area with pool table and darts board and a catering kitchen, cellar and stores on the ground floor.
Two self-contained flats above the pub are also part of the sale.
