Andrew Tinkler, Stobart Group chairman, has sold nearly £1 million worth of shares in the firm.
He sold 824,939 shares this month for £1.04 - a total of £857,936.56.
After a 2014 restructure, Stobart Group is made up of Stobart Rail, Stobart Energy, Stobart Infrastructure, Stobart Investments and Stobart Aviation divisions.
