PENRITH-based fleet branding company Ast Transport Branding has teamed up with two race-winning British GT Championship drivers.

The firm - based in Greenbank Road - will support Seb Morris and Rick Parfitt Jnr as they launch a title challenge in their Team Parker Racing Bentley Continental GT3.

It has been announced as a commercial partner the duo as they get ready for the coming season’s British GT Championship.

As part of the deal the firm will be designing and fitting the livery to Team Parker Racing’s race prepared Bentley.

Mr Morris and Mr Parfitt Jnr competed in their first season together in the British GT Championship last year ending the campaign a highly creditable third in the title standings, with victory at Oulton Park and 3 other podiums.

Mark Aston, managing director of Ast Transport Branding, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity and we’re excited to be working with Rick and Seb for 2017.”

The British GT Championship offers a spectacular motorsport experience, with supercars racing bumper to bumper. It differs from other races in that it sees teams of two drivers sharing one car throughout and undertaking a driver change throughout the race. Races vary in duration from one hour to three hours.

Ast Transport Branding was set up in 2003 and has clients across the UK.
