NUGEN, the company behind plans for a nuclear power station at Moorside, Sellafield, has extended its partnership with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
NuGen has worked closely with the business advisor and accountancy giant for the past two years.
In that time it has trebled its workforce, established an HQ in Manchester and made steady progress on its plans to build three AP1000 reactors.
Now NuGen has signed a new three-year agreement for PwC to support the company as it continues with the development phase of the Moorside project.
René Lauwers, NuGen’s director of programme management, said: "NuGen has been growing and developing rapidly as a nuclear company with the credibility to take forward this nationally important and internationally significant project.
"We are delighted to continue our development with the support of PwC.”
