CARLISLE United has announced a new shirt sponsor for the 2016/17 season.
Carlisle-based building and surfacing firm DSD Construction has stepped forward to sponsor the League Two club, initially for one year, after the previous contract with Virgin Trains expired.
The family firm's logo will appear on all first team and replica shirts and training kit for the coming season. United legend Chris Lumsdon is employed by DSD as training manager.
