Daniel Addis has joined the business from Eden District Council .

Carlisle-based property company Kingmoor Park Properties has appointed Neil McIntyre as its new finance director.

Mr McIntyre is the firm's former financial controller and his new role will see him sit on the business' board of directors.

Commercial property solicitor Ian Sharman has joined Cumbrian law firm Cartmell Shepherd . His role will involve dealing with the acquisition and disposal of properties including hotels and business premises.

Mr Sharman graduated from music college in the 1980s and worked in the Central Department of Transport before retraining as a solicitor. He has joined Cartmell Shepherd from Brockbanks .

Cleator Moor legal firm Jaeva Management Services has promoted one of its team to the new post of client experience manager.

Jane Taylor has taken on the the newly-formed position, which see her focus on content, the approach to delivery and manage the quality of training provision. She joined Jaeva last year as legal practice management software trainer

Detective Chief Superintendent Andrew Slattery has been appointed as the new commander of Cumbria Constabulary’s criminal investigation departments.

He joined Cumbria Constabulary in 1991 and has served in all three of the force’s territorial areas along with a secondment to the National Crime Squad .
