The best of Carlisle was celebrated last night at the Carlisle Living awards.

The event at the Garden at Eden, Eden Golf Club, celebrated all that was good about the city including championing the best places to work, innovation and digital success. 

Award winners included the Cumberland Building Society, Cartmell Shepherd and the University of Cumbria. The ceremony was presented by broadcaster John Myers with music from Hardwicke Circus.
